Engineers research for months.
Be the capability they find, and cite.
Your buyer is a plant engineer, a procurement lead or a project manager with a spec in one hand and a deadline in the other. They search, they compare, they ask ChatGPT who does FBE coating in Texas or who's the Twin Disc distributor on the Gulf Coast, and they shortlist before they call. We make sure your company is in the answer and that the RFQ gets a response in minutes, not days.

What industrial marketing has to do now
The spec sheet is the sales call now
Capabilities, tolerances, certifications, materials, lead times. Buyers want it on the page, in plain language, before they talk to anyone. If it's in a PDF nobody can find, it doesn't exist.
"Who does X near Y" is being answered by AI
Industrial buyers use ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot to build vendor lists. The models cite companies whose sites answer specific questions with verifiable detail. Generic "quality and service" copy gets skipped.
LinkedIn replaced the trade show handshake
The people who approve the PO are on LinkedIn, and they check who you are before they reply. A quiet company profile and a sales team with empty pages cost deals you never hear about.
The RFQ that waits loses
A quote request on Friday afternoon that gets answered Tuesday went to someone else Monday. Routing and follow-up have to run without a person remembering to check the inbox.

What does this cost for an industrial company?
Fixed fees for a consult or a project (a website, the capability pages, an AI-search setup), a monthly retainer for the whole function. No hourly billing; the number is in writing before the first invoice and scoped to how many processes, markets and locations we're covering.
We're outside Houston. Does that matter?
No. Most of our industrial clients sell regionally or nationally and so does the work. Houston is home base; the research, content, LinkedIn and RFQ automation run the same anywhere.
Our buyers are engineers. Does any of this marketing stuff actually reach them?
Engineers are the most research-driven buyers there are. They don't want marketing; they want the answer, the spec and proof you've done it before. That's exactly what answer-first content and AI citations deliver, and it's why industrial companies are some of the best-performing clients we have.
We get most of our work from relationships and repeat customers.
Good. That's the base. The question is what happens when the buyer you've worked with for twelve years retires and his replacement asks Copilot for a vendor list. Being found and cited is how you keep the account through the handoff and win the ones you never knew were out there.
Can you work with our existing site?
Usually. If it's structurally sound we install the AI-search work on it. If it's a 2014 template with a PDF catalog, we'll say so and scope a rebuild you own outright.
