The access checklist we'll email
You keep ownership of every account. We ask for a role on each one, never the keys. Most owners finish this in ten minutes.
- Google Business Profile: invite us as a Manager. Two clicks; we send the exact address and steps.
- Google Analytics 4: add our service account email as a Viewer.
- Search Console: add the same service account email as a user with view access.
Your website
- Website login: a WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy login. Be the Answer only, because we install the work on your site.
- Can't find it? Common problem. Tell us who built it and we'll help you recover access.
Social
- Facebook Page: a role that lets us post on your Page.
- Instagram: the same, through your connected account.
- LinkedIn Page: an admin or content role on your company page.
Bing
- Bing Places for Business: so your listing is right where Bing and several AI assistants look.
- Bing Webmaster Tools: if you have it. If you don't, we'll set it up with you.
